I could see the au jus, but I'd skip the ranch. Just make sure you add the juice from the peppers too. It's really good.
I make a horseradish mayo to go on them.
We do them on ciabata rolls alot.

Don’t.
In my Mississippi pot roast, I skip the au jus-too salty. Ranch gives it a good flavor.
