On lazy nights I like to do ground meat and potatoes. Something my mom grew up on and made for us kids.
It's exactly what it sounds like: browned, seasoned ground meat, potatoes tossed in oil, butter, cajun seasoning...all put in a huge pot.
Something the kids will eat without complaining and will fill them up + no skill involved whatsoever on my end.
