Could also sauteed some vegetables at the same time. I madea few work lunches in no time with one of the recipes I found
I do some similar stuff. Rice cooker going, can do it with ground beef and do like fajita style veggies and make a burrito bowl, air fry veggies and do asian style like you were saying. Air fry some chicken and then throw in a pan with a sauce and do something close to seasme chicken or something. Lots of different variantion of rice bowls that can be done that are pretty simple.
