Leg day not listed above, but yea try to one day a week. Not always the best at getting it done though. Definite need for focus.

Add in some leg work, minimum leg curls, Romanian deadlifts , if u can squat and deadlift then do those.

I think ur plan is missing that, otherwise it's OK.

I love greyskull and ppsa and have come to grips with learning to like squats.
