Ben Hur Rd Apartment Status Update?

Driving around Baton Rouge for the first time in a few years today and passed all the apartment complexes on Ben Hur. Last I lived in one of those complexes (5 years ago), we had 2 big drugs busts, 2 shootings, and my car was broken in to twice. At that time, car windows were being shattered regularly.
Do LSU students still live in there, or have they made their full transition into incubators of culcha?

Between all those apartments and the shitty houses DSLD is trashing all of Burbank with, people living in that area may want to move to north Baton Rouge in 10 years.

I lived in some on Ben Hur in 2014 so 8 years ago and it was nothing like that. Crazy how things change

When I was at LSU, the woodlands and the cottages were where the cool kids lived. Idk what they're called now but I heard they're ghetto fabulous

LSU’s burgeoning enrollment has kept them filled with students for now. Tigerland is fricked though.
