No that is just a lazy take! It doesn't take a couple of years to turn around a program anymore with free agency. Mr. Obese at Tennessee did it in the second year with a way more talented depleted roster and with a fifth of the resources. Unless he changes his offensive philosophy he is going to have to get a roster like UGA. That's the problem we made a 100 Millon dollar mistake with someone to stubborn to change. We stuck with it like 8&4 is with Jimbo.

Yea well that process is aligned with what worked on offense in the year 2010. He better get better players then the rest of the country has for his offense to ever work.

Age doesnt give you wisdom. I'm 59 and remember(clearly) Bert Jones to Brad Davis...So I watched hopeful for a championship...
Cupboard bare? C'mon man... Maason Smith, Ali Gaye, BJ Ojulari,Ward, amd ton more just on defense.
Offensive the deepest wide receiver corp I can think of.
Had a 6 year QB you asked to come back and then let him go, 5 star running back, 2 4 star running backs and a 4 star QB redshirt freshman....
This dude plays 2 tightends...r u fing crazy?
Tenn has the worse secondary in the sec and this cat dont pull the trigger.
LOOK jayden daniels is only here to improve his draft stock and BK is playing Midwest football in the sec. Cant teach an old dog new tricks...well unless that dog is Saban and he changed his offensive scheme to fit the times.

"Want respect, give respect."

- It's as simple as that, really.

If we'll be a bit patient, realizing it might be a couple years before we get our roster back to full strength, and keep our panties out of a wad, we will be OK.
This is not an "Upper Echelon" SEC caliber roster by any means. It's not even close, but that's a given.

However, I don't like what I'm seeing in some of the coaching decisions and assistant coaching performance, irregardless of the talent level.

OC Mike Denbrock- (Cam Cameron clone)
WR Cortez Hankton- (Mickey Joseph clone)
ST Brian Polian- (Abysmal)
OL-(Brad Davis) How long does he get a pass? Will BD make the cut for a second year on the long term BK Offensive Line plan? His top two transfer portal guys came from Florida International and East Tennessee State.

And you probably never thought you would see another championship before Saban turned in around.
Now we have 3 more and everyone takes them for granted like they grow on trees. Anybody can win a national championship at LSU if idiots like Miles and Orgeron did.
You have a good perspective and it will take time for Kelly to get it fixed. Even then, we may not win a championship.
