what's up 
so I have been watching SPX and QQQ puts for awhile to get a feel for how they move ... thinking of jumping in as I have only played inverse ETFs to this point
Have y'all ever actually exercised a put or call to take the shares to market? One thing guys I know that trade options is "we never exercise em - win or lose with em"

I've never exercised. The only time I plan to is if I'm going to be assigned shares of a company I like and don't mind being long to begin with. (If selling puts and price closes below your strike price on the expiration date).
