True story: I had a Drs. appointment a couple weeks ago and they sent me an e-mail wanting me to update my information. I started doing it and about page 3 there was the following:

On stuff like clap back, I don't really care when kids use it, it becomes really annoying when it starts getting put into CNN and ESPN headlines. It's very "hello fellow kids".

My wife, getting ready to hit 64 will relate a story to me after she gets off the phone and it will often start off with "OMG, you should have heard what so-and-so just told me".
I just look at her and ask her when her 12th birthday is going to take place.
