So is there going to be a new tax imposed on any gun?
If you can’t make guns illegal, then can you just impose a tax on each one owned, and have the Penalty for any non-compliance be confiscation via being charged with a felony?
We all thought that mandatory Health Insurance was unconstitutional, and Obama seemed to get around that with a tax, right?
Is it possible that the same Avenue would be used against gun owners?
I’m honestly asking - sorry in advance if this is a dumb question/scenario.
