I started this thread sometime in the 2 week of August last year and I think I waited until after that press conference, but I don't remember.

Watching Mik’d Up, Mikie sounds like he has backed off his confidence in landing Montgomery, he said “don’t be surprised if he stays at Stanford”.

Is the earlier confidence based on something Mikie said on the show or what was tweeted from the Mik’d Up account after the Holman announcement?
There’s no chance Mikie tweets 95% of what is tweeted by that account. I figure it’s Lloyd.

I’ve always taken their “inside info” tweets with a grain of salt because it might be Lloyd tweeting and not Mahtook. There hasn’t been any info regarding Montgomery’s recruitment or decision, so when the Mik’d Up account seemed to be dropping hints there was a small frenzy on this board and tRant.
