There is nothing they need that you can't tell the local Sheriff's department.

However, possible alternatives are:

LAWYER (repeat as often as necessary until they leave you the frick alone)

NO, YOU MAY NOT ENTER INTO MY [HOME, VEHICLE, PLACE OF BUSINESS]

NO, YOU MAY NOT SPEAK TO MY MINIR CHILD

Pretty much to be done with all LEO. Be respectful during a traffic stop, and definitely get them to write anything abnormal they said on the ticket. Record it too. I had a police officer straight up lie on something in front of the judge, and it was such an odd thing he told me during the stop I asked him to repeat it. So no way I heard him wrong.

Be respectful to LEO, but don't trust them. If they are talking to you they are sizing you up for whatever they are suspecting you of.

To give directions out of town. That’s when it’s appropriate without an attorney.

The FBI called me in 2009 due I was taking photos of empty ground adjacent to Air Products and Chemicals as well as the hydrogen reformer there. They tracked my license plate from surveillance video from security at AP. I did this after attending a Pelican Institute luncheon that same day.

The photos were for a client in Houston. I volunteered that it was good that they were following up due the nature of hydrogen production with proper sabotage could make New Orleans East disappear. The FBI agent had zero clue about the importance of the facility. I emailed photos to the agent of what I took.

A month later, FBI knocked on my brother in law's door in NOLA. He was a spineless far leftist. My wife had kept her driver license registered at her mother's address so she could vote in NOLA against liberals and her brother had inherited their mother's home.

So he calls up wanting to know what terrorist act she/I was involved in shitting all over himself and she laughed her arse off as he was ranting and raving. She laughed about how big a load he dropped when he answered the door with the agent there.

I called the guy I spoke to previously and he volunteered that it was all a big mistake and apologized about frightening her brother but it was another agent following up on the lead who hadn't gotten the memo that case closed.

The only words you exchange with them is I want my lawyer. Now.

And then they just illegally charge you and imprison you for months or years without due process.

Never, and most definitely not without an attorney with you. The feds have a little trick that of course will cause you as much heartburn as you’ve ever had if you’ve been targeted, especially if they’ve tapped your wires: they send you a letter in the mail notifying you that you’ve been tapped, etc. Their expectation is that you will go nutty over it, and they offer a number for you to call to discuss the matter. Most folks accommodate them in their endeavor. Hopefully none of yous ever receive such a letter, and if so hopefully yous wives don’t see it first. It’ll make em not so happy.

First, definitely cease and desist from whatever it is that’s most likely the activity subject of an investigation, then second I’d advise retaining an attorney and having him or her make contact and likely schedule the interview with the agency.

Never. I can assure you. I'd tell my stories but no one would believe them, but they are full of dumbassery by the FBI, DEA, DOJ. Trust no fed. My ex-BIL in the FBI will even say that.

Not me. I’ll also include, “You got a warrant to be here?” Well then get the F off my property.”

Gotta be careful with that angle.

You do that, they'll draw up a warrant just because they can, and they'll send ABXi, XiNN, XiBS, NBXi, MSDNC and Faux News camera crews to film it while your house is surrounded like the Waco BC compound just to serve the warrant. You live anywhere near water? They'll send Zodiacs and Frogmen too.

Ask Roger Stone.
