Could be an Ithaca. The first groove in the pump grip is close to the end. I think the Winchester has a wider space between the first groove and the front of the pump grip.

Could be wrong... just an observation.

Yep, I have one I inherited from my grandfather. Purchased in the 50's still a magnificent pump shotgun.

Yep. That is what I noticed first. I have my dad's old Model 12 - pre-war. Last time I spoke to someone about it he offered $6k for the old duck gun sight unseen.

I passed. That will be in my kid's, kid's, kid's safe someday. Unless the democrats get their way then it fell out of the boat.
