2008 Ford F-150 with 245k miles on it. Bought it new in 08. MFer just cranks up every morning & gets it done.

Will prob be in the market for something newer though within the next 6 months.

299,300k miles. Celebration coming soon

I've had to replace the drive belts, alternator, brakes and a knock sensor. That's it.

2010 Tacoma 190,000. Step-son turns 16 in September and he is going to drive it. Runs like it could do another 100,000. I,m getting it repainted for him. Also have a 2012 Honda Odyssey with 203,000 we run around town. Probably get rid of it in a few years, but it still runs great.

If it is a transverse 6 cylinder... Almost certainly the coil over plug. #4 is the center on the front of the engine and can be changed in 10 minutes max. Just remove the plastic engine cover, remove the wiring harness from the center coil, then remove the 10mm bolt that secures it, I suggest replacing the spark plug then put the new coil in, replace the wire harness* and the engine cover and start it up. I suggest a OE Bosch replacement ~$100 in town or under $50 from a place like Rock Auto. Easy peasy for the front three, 1.5 hours to do the odd cylinders on the back if you know what you are doing, 3 hours if you need to step by step it with Youtube help. *be careful with the wiring harness as they can crumble you can get a set of six off Amazon for ~$15 they will have wires coming out of them but you can remove then so you can just click the old wires right in and not have to pslice the wires.

My storm chasing vehicle is a 2011 Toyota Camry with 260,000 miles. Never had any mechanical issues. All I've ever had to do is normal stuff like change oil, brakes, new tires, air filters etc. Still runs great.

Just sold my 2001 Sierra Z with 265,000 for $5k.
Vortek was a fine motor. The only thing changed on that truck was the fuel pump which went out on every truck GM made in that series and with no warning.
