Like you said, It's socialist/redistribution, and an argument could be made that since the institutions are public, communist. The only thing that keeps it from being so is that the athletes who would make a lot of NIL money will obviously choose to get the hell outta Cali!!!

They are getting paid....with a free college education and a diploma that's pretty much handed to them because half them kids can't even type out a complete sentence, much less graduate from college.
