I said before this season I thought this was Wade’s least talented group since his first year. Not that this team doesn’t have talent. It absolutely does. Just not as much when compared to the prior 3 season. And that was BEFORE Miller was lost for the season.

The guard play has been inconsistent, at its very best. That’s why the offense has struggled so much. It relies heavily on the guards being able to create off ball screens.

If the guards can give them two solid games next week LSU is good enough to make it to the second week of the tournament. If not, they are likely going home in the first round unless they get a really favorable match up.

I think when it’s all said and done Murray could be a first round pick. He checks every box. Two way player, athletic, great size, smart. Can shoot the ball and put it on the floor, can defend multiple positions, etc etc.

It's also a lot of young talent like fudge that is going to take a year or two
