CJ, Shaq, Roberts, Singleton, Williamson, etc. Never won shite! I know he had a couple final fours but his talent was unbelievable. I think he was 19-10 going into the Ncaa tournament before they beat mighty BYU.

Nothing wrong with bitching about him and the team when they make mistakes. As long as it’s a reasonable complaint. Even coach k and mark few make mistakes.

Shitting on our program in its glory days really is a bad look dumbass! You must be too young to remember we played an actual schedule and were respected for playing Duke, Georgetown, NC, Arizona, UCLA, UNLV, etc… who have we played in OOC under Wade? And I love Wade but you dumbasses that act like he has no faults need to wake the frick up and quit being so sensitive when he is criticized

Don't you fricking insufferable people ever run out of stupid themes to shite on LSU coaches and players? Stupid people like you start these threads and more stupid people like you regurgitate the same drivel over and over and fricking over. It serves no purpose and it REALLY gets old.

6 Parade All Americans on those teams with CJ and Shaq. The epitome of underachieving. Was so frustrating.

Dale was a much better coach when he didn't have as much talent.

Anyone who has no appreciation for what Brown walked into here with the LSU basketball program and what he was able to turn that into really a very low sports IQ.

For 25 years before his arrival at LSU, LSU basketball made one postseason appearance. A few years after Dale had been here, LSU basketball went to the postseason like 15 times in a row

How the LSU basketball program was regarded prior to his arrival and how it was guarded 10 years after his arrival was was as different as day is to night

Lsu would have had two SEC championships with Shaq had it not been for a horrendous no call in the last game of the season at Arkansas. Would have won the SEC tournament had most of the starters not been suspended against Kentucky. In true NCAA fashion they dropped LSU a couple seed lines and LSU got Indiana in the 2nd round.

Is it possible to support both Dale and Will? Why do we have to take sides? Dale created more energy around LSU Basketball than its ever seen. Stop being such a drama Queen trying to stir shite up.

Makes sense...if someone before you didnt reach their potential then people cant complain about you not reaching your potential.

Solid millennial mindset.

Dale had two final four appearances.

So far, Dale is so far ahead of Wade...

Dale brown is the best basketball coach in lsu history. It’s not even close. A very positive personality and a good optimistic persona. His 86 team had one really good player. He willed that team to the final four. His 80 team was 30-3 going into the final four. He had a half dozen teams, including shaqs, that lost very close games, all to the eventual national champions. Get outta here with criticizing a great man and coach. I dare you to say it to Shaqs face.

Dale was a controversial coach. People criticized him for failing to deliver with the great talent he had. Then when the talent left he was roundly criticized for staying on too long. When he finally retired people were very happy. He had taken the program back to where it was when he started.

Maybe someday people will appreciate what John Brady was able to accomplish at LSU?
