I wouldnt go that far.
His fastball is a little flat tho. I dont care if you can throw 99 if its that straight and you dont mix in off speed hitters at this level will find it.

He needs to develop the slider as a secondary pitch. He threw one while warming against Maine that looked nice but has yet to throw anything besides fastballs in his 2 appearances.
