Not really. See my post below it.
I'm serious, if you can find anything other than unlinked claims someone said this happened, I'll change my tune. But so far all I can find is RT, Hindustan Times and some random website even reference it. The first two are known for repeating Russian propaganda and the third just says another Russian newspaper said it happened.
Again, could it have happened? Sure. But on the surface this looks made up, but I'll eat some crow if you can find some actual source material that doesn't come from Russia

The problem is and is exposed numerous times daily on all social media platforms, the majority of the public is clueless, regardless of nationality, and anything appealing to biases no matter how wrong it is will be swallowed hook, line and sinker.

I would assume it’s real, Nazi iconography is ubiquitous in the Ukrainian Army, from black suns to moto patches, and the nationalist movement is tied up in that mythology. I would also point out though, that war time alliance was opportunistic, and if the Germans had a different ideology, the Western Ukranians would have adopted that too. It was about separatism for them.
The Germans have also complained about this before as well, and it’s an issue for them because of the laws that surround Nazi symbols there.
I wouldn’t take the larping very seriously though. Azov was famously funded by Ihor Kolomoyskyi. So there are pretty clear limits to these people’s beliefs in the tenets of National Socialism.

Sure it does.
Most of the time you see comments in sequential order. So people saw that and downvoted because they ‘want’ it to be untrue. If it is true, it should absolutely be exposed.
I’m not exactly passionate either way on its validity. If it’s found to be accurate then deal with the soldiers accordingly.
