Right after he goes on vacation and can’t defend himself.

Something’s fishy in the state of Denmark.

Why does this "point" keep getting repeated?

If you're about to investigate someone for what Harsin is being investigated for, the best time to gather information and conduct interviews is EXACTLY while the person is away. This is literally corporate law 101.

The fact that this is being spun as Auburn being "cowardly" or "nefarious" is comical. Auburn is trying to protect Auburn, they're not in the business of making this convenient for Bryan Harsin who may or may not have caused harm to the university and brand.

By the way; Auburn has one of the best legal/compliance teams in the country. For those that seem to be getting weirdly giddy about the thought of them bungling this up or making things up.
