Same, but our WR room is still way better than Cincy’s. Pretty much on par with Alabama’s.

Not questioning but the one thing I was looking for was passing over the middle. I only saw about a third of the game but did not see much.

That QB for Cincy is not very accurate and doesnt handle pressure well at all. The OC was smart enough to know that. He didnt ask him to do things he cant. They didnt turn the ball over. He did the best he could with what he had.

I think Brennan is gonna have a good year, and Nuss will have some packages bc of his mobility.

The one thing that the CFP bowl games have made me realize is actually how good Joe Burrow was. None of these QB's except Young even belong in the same room. That in turn made me realize Denbrock is hard to analyze based on his players could only execute a limited array of plays.

True, but holding onto the young ones we have still makes us better off than most programs.
With the depth issues we have elsewhere, I don’t know if we’ll take more than one WR from the portal. We know they have a couple of offers already out there, but we have huge depth concerns elsewhere.
I would expect next year to be a big one for WRs, both in the class and from the portal. If Boutte balls out, it shouldn’t be hard recruiting some guys who want to fill those shoes.

Next year they will take another 3 or 4 at wide receiver.
If deion smith comes back i like the receiving core much better.
