Been saying it since he left. He had great talent to work with. Had a quarterback that was basically a pro his last year in college. When you have a huge talent advantage, it makes you look better than you actually are

If he goes back to the college level it's for a HC job imo.

Damn. Looks like Brady benefitted from Burrow and E a bit too much.

* Brady got fired from Carolina
* Brady recommended Peetz as his top choice
* EdO got fired for going all in on the Brady offense

Maybe this board needs to let Brady go, like they ended up having to thankfully do with Riley

I don’t think a one-year sample size, regardless of how historic it was, will get him a head coaching job beyond the lowest rungs of the sport.

Like someone else said, all of the 2019 offensive roster and E was there in the very average 2018 offense. They didn’t just magically become amazing because of “experience”

Joe Brady was too young and inexperienced for NFL OC. And he’s still to young and inexperienced for a major college OC. There are lessons that are picked up over time and tutorage. Talent, yes he has a great deal. He also has a promising future.

But, he will probably still miss the tutelage of experience because someone in need like a ULL will hire him as HC.

This is why if I was a coach that had options between the highest levels of the Power 5 or the NFL, I’d choose college every time. Money is great and you can stack the deck with recruiting

Ensminger was a terrible Coordinator and always has been. Brady was a phenomenal play caller at LSU. Hence the reason he won the Broyles award and received a position in the NFL. He was given an impossible task at Carolina and Ensminger continued to suck in college. Ensminger was even able to make Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson look average in 2018.

He has no experience running any program or as a head coach at any level. He is a pure offensive coordinator that was just fired mid season. His best option to rebuild his image and reputation is to come back where it all started for him. Immerse himself into the recruiting game and develop as a coach for a few years. BK has a coaching tree in the NFL, he’d be a great guy to spread your wings under.

I see this all the time in the business world with people around his age. Talent with little experience isn’t as good as talent + experience. People stopped paying dues in the millennial generation

Should be brought back as PGC and WR coach. Hire an experienced play caller to go with him.

Ensminger got demoted twice in 3 years. He was trash & had fans comparing Burrow to Danny Etling in 2018
