How could it not be Sloan, Hankton, or Rees and that not mess things up?

Seems like they are all on their own minds equals. Maybe Tommy thinks higher of himself. If one of these guy gets it the others will not fall in line.
The best option is not one of them but someone they would all fall in line with. Who would they fall in line with?

"We need to bring in an OC that both Sloan and Hankton will respect and stay under, who will not drastically change the current system.
Rees is not that guy, he probably loses both. If it's one of the two currently here, the other will leave.
Who can we bring in, that would inspire both to stay? And run a similar system?"
I think one answer would be Joe Brady, who now has success at the NFL level to go with what he did with Burrow. But- I can't see him leaving the Bills with Josh Allen, now that he's finally a success.
Offhand, I can't think of anyone else right now. That doesn't mean anything, because I wouldn't have put Mike Denbrock as architect of a high-powered offense. Yet, he was.
