Is that the Sunlit Man novel?

Only thing I didn’t like is that this book will appear to put stormlight 5 in the past.
I got the sense that all of these secret projects that were in the Cosmere, were all after Stormlight 5. I guess Tress and Yumi could really be anytime in the timeline while it's obvious Sunlit is after.

Just got through emperor's soul. Loved it.

Just finished Sunlit Man. I thought it was phenomenal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I might reread it this week.

Sunlit Spoilers:
The more I think about it the more I liked Sunlit. The relationship between Aux and Nomad was great. The pace of the book as a sort of mad max constant adventure theme was fun. The characters were fun. He nailed it with his intro. It was a fan service book written for people who understand and enjoy the cosmere and it’s systems. It’s amazing how Sanderson endears characters so quickly to you. We met and then lost Aux and I was bummed and excited when that moment came.
This book pretty much has to be maybe centuries after the end of the Stormlight series on Roshar right?

I loved Aux calling Nomad his valet

Potential Warbreaker and ROW spoiler
So one of the first awakenings in Warbreaker is perfect pitch. Nivani was able to create anti void light with sound. I wonder how Zahl (spelling?) will play in to this.

I love Vasher. Hopefully he plays a part in future books.
I had the same line of thought when they were singing together to try and create a new song on Roshar.
The fight between Zahel and Kaladin and his cosmere reveal is one of my favorite parts of that book.

I completed the first two books of this series. While ‘good’, I’m very disappointed and in my humble opinion, the series is quite overrated… I tried to finish oathbringer, but it felt like a job so I tapped out.

Sando read an interlude for stormlight 5 at last nights dragonsteel convention/Defiant launch. It had some interesting characters return to say the least.

Just announced he will be doing a kick starter next year for another leather bound set starting with Words of Radiance. Hopefully he has some new surprises by the time it launches in March

that kickstarter is going to break records again

Finished Elantris a week or so ago and thought it was garbage compared to his other books. Was a real chore to get through.
Elantris is the only Sanderson book I did not enjoy and a lot of that was bc I didn’t like the narrator.

Highly recommend the audio book versions of era 2. It really gives the character, Wayne, such depth.
The narrator does an incredible job with Wayne

Love the voice acting for Wayne, Era 2 really opens up the Cosmere more as well
I’m midway through Shadows of Self. I like it and I liked Alloy of Law, but so far I much prefer the first 3 Mistborn books. I liked the medieval setting more than the Sherlock Holmes ambience of these.

I've been staying away from this thread since I'm not caught up on all the Cosmere books, and I don't want anything spoiled.
I started the Cosmere with the first Stormlight book. I've read the second and third of that series. That was before I really understood that all of Sanderson's different book series tie into each other. So I've been reading through the Mistborn series - I'm currently on The Lost Metal - before re-reading Stormlight and getting to the newer books in that series.
Looking at the "Published Works" chart posted by the OP, it looks like there is also a Warbreaker series and an Elantris series. I assume I need to read through these also to get the full picture of the Cosmere.
I'm about a quarter of the way through Lost Metal, and there was a conversation between Marasi and Moonlight while they were driving the truck full of stolen goods. The Moonlight makes direct reference to Odium from Stormlight.
I don't remember Moonlight from the Stormlight books. Was she from a different series?

Moonlight is probably a character from the Emperor's Soul novella. Didn't go by the name Moonlight though.

I finished the Lost Metal last night.
Question: Kelsier is alive. I don't think book covered how or why - other than referring to him as more or less of a spirit. Do any other books in the Cosmere explain how Kelsier can still be living?
I'm about to start a re-read of the Stormlight Archives books soon.
