Why is it so good? I started with War and Peace several years ago and have read Crime and Punishment, Brothers K, Fathers and Sons, and Eugene Onegin. About to start Dead Souls by Gogol soon. My brother got me a first edition of Notes from the Underground/ The Gambler for Christmas, so I can’t wait to start that too

I got this set 2 years ago. Just finished book 3. Truly the best set of books I’ve ever bought. I’ll take these to my coffin.

I’ll have to look into that. It would be a while to get to it though. Still working on a Taft biography and then I have Campaigns of Napoleon after that
