It's been a busy week for Grand Valley State defensive tackle transfer Jay'viar Suggs.
The 6-3, 282-pound sophomore from Flint, Mich., is one of the transfer portal's top available defensive tackles and could go public with a commitment soon.
On Tuesday, Suggs released his top schools list, which included USC, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Florida State, Kentucky, and Michigan.
LSU joined the party on Wednesday by extending an offer to Suggs and will look to get him on campus for a visit.
Following the LSU offer, Suggs trimmed down his final school list to four teams: LSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Kentucky.
Over the past two seasons, Suggs has registered 42 tackles, 14.5 tackles for a loss, 8.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, and nine passes defended.
