Billy Napier is reportedly naming tight ends coach Russ Callaway as the Gators co-offensive coordinator.
Callaway joined Napier's staff in 2022 as a defensive intern and took over as tight end coach last season. Before his time in Gainesville, Callaway was an offensive assistant with the New York Giants in 2021 and a senior offensive assistant and analyst at LSU in 2020.
He spent five seasons at Samford, where he coached the wide receivers from 2015-17 and became the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach from 2016-19.
