Because the left won't do it. How many times do you see libs move into red areas then start voting their blue ways. Shoot, Nancy pelosi bought a house in Florida...probably to bypass the state income tax that she supports. There's even a "turn Texas blue" movement.

why would anyone in Chicago have illegal guns anyways? I've heard they have laws there prohibiting bad guys from having guns, so there would be no point in checking. Right?

She’s drafting a policy? Sounds like she’s making up her own laws. How does that work? Can I draft a tax policy for myself?

I've also long been opposed to stopping and ticketing drivers who aren't wearing their seat belt. A cop at the gym explained it to me this way:
"We see a drug suspect in his car but use the seat belt or expired tag to stop him and make an inspection. However, if a cop sees that you're clean and still gives you a ticket then the cop is an a-hole."
