Has anyone tried the new boss katana go headphone amp? Ive seen some video reviews and it seems impressive. Looks interesting and has more features than the mustang micro.
I'm interested in one. Currently only have a marshall mg10 I've been learning how to play on for the past 5 months or so. I play mostly at low levels (wife works from home and I'm still pretty bad) and would love the versatility of playing on the couch or wherever, and also getting access to different sounds.
Would likely just play through my over ear headphones or line into my amp or other portable speakers.

No, but I have a Katana, and love it. I have a Fender Mustang Micro... And I love it.... Not as much as my wife loves it.

Looks pretty cool.
Centuries ago, I had one of the old Rockmans
I think it had an overdrive and a delay on it. I used the heck out of it.

Got one a couple weeks, ago. Easy to use app and is great for when I want to play at night after kids are off to bed. Plus you can play backing tracks when practicing.

Recently got the Nux Mighty Plug Pro and its awesome. I hope I don’t regret not getting the Boss Katana when I look at details

Still have mine. Works great still but the tech limitations drove me to go wireless (and then some).

Welp, stopped at GC and they had one in stock so I bought it. I'm like the dog chasing a car and I finally caught it, and now don't really know what to do with it lol. My only gripe is that the volume settings are all over the place on each preset. Some you have to crank up to even hear, others will blow your eardrums out.
So many tones and settings. The obvious thing is, they all blow away anything that was coming out of my mg10. This will be fun.
Also cool to Bluetooth in audio from the Justin Guitar app and play along.

Well. Allegedly the katana go is already discontinued due to severe supply issues. Glad I picked it up, but hope it gets continued support.

Yep, the guys in the YT video I posted hinted that it was so popular that they would likely not be able to keep up with demand. I think the Fender Mustang experienced similar issues when first released and supply ran out.
