What Perkins excels at is spying the QB and delayed blitzes when he see's a lane, which was how he was used his freshman year. He can be knocked out the play to easy when he lines up at DE and tries to take on an OT or telegraphs that he is blitzing.

Anyone know what his 40 time is or projected to be. I guess this year playing inside will determine a lot but could he play strong safety in the NFL? He doesn’t seem to be able to put on weight easily or mb nfl can put weight on and he becomes hybrid LB/DE.
