but he hired a bunch of failed and washed up head coaches as his assistants or analysts.
the guy I was replying to said he doesn't think any good head coaches would hire washed up head coaches for their staffs.

It’s the only men’s team title they’ve won ever in any sport. They also have one women’s title ever in golf

There's a reason they made him a lame duck by not giving him a contract extension ahead of the 2022 season.
Keith Carter was pissed that Mike tried to get the LSU job. Had the committee chosen NC State over Ole Miss as the last at large team for the 2022 postseason, Bianco would've been out of a job. Then... he caught lightning in a bottle for a month with Hunter Elliot and Dylan Deluccia and the rest is history.
