Weekly "let's defrost something and see what it is" day... it's ducks

Got 3 mallards defrosting right now.

Need your options on
1) pot fry
2) breast and sear
3) fried duck breast strips
4) insert your own idea

If you strip and fry, toss some of them in a buffalo type butter/hot sauce. It's killer

Actually that's what I was planning to do. Air fryer naked then toss with a mix of hooters mild and franks

My girlfriend always says “dethaw”, and I go “so you’re gonna freeze it?”

ETA I love duck. If it’s on the menu somewhere there’s a 100% chance I’m ordering it.
