Soon. But first, we must elect the optimal balance of UniParty® grifters to the Potomac Beltway.

This board loves to crow about how anti-Covid lockdown it was, but that was about 1% of posters. There were 5 or 6 posters on here who flat out opposed it from the get go. Everyone else swallowed it wholeheartedly for months.

You forgot to mention that nearly all of "everyone else" also defended the frick out of the man in charge at the time fedgov was fricking the country over.

Not only did this forum support it almost unanimously, it also fully supported Trump’s stimulus (which is for another thread).

That's bullshite. From the very start there was a solid majority of posters here saying not only that it was the flu, but that masks were useless.

What we think is that was not his moment at all. He was in a no win situation and you know it. Your big mouth would have been on his back no matter what he did. The moment belonged to the Chinese and Fauci.

So the previously labeled "misinformation" was actually correct and the officially sanctioned government information was in fact "misinformation"?

Seems like a good reason not to censor anyone and leave the floor open to debate and alternate points of view.

The same mainstay swamp rats we have now, and you know it. Trump was suggesting medications that were made fun of, but then turned out to be valid. Remember? HORSE PASTE. That was you and your kind trying to keep good meds away from people just because the guy who suggested them is a permanent resident of your head.

You're mixing metaphors. Now whether that is a troll attempt or d/t ignorance remains to be seen.

Watch how much of this they ultimately pin on Trump.

In fairness, he does certainly deserve some of it, but they're 100% going to pile everything on him, even what has since come to pass under the current fraudulently installed White House occupant's illegitimate regime.

Same liars are telling you covid was from a wet market, now a lab leak. I'm saying they're lying about EVERYTHING, including the sacred cow, the scary virus, the foundational lie. The mofo does not exist at all. Get that straight, none of these stories are true in any way. The CDC/NIH protocols to isolate and murder people etc... accounts for the covid deaths, not covid. Every aspect was false. They told no truth on any part of it.

Whomever uttered “two weeks to flatten the Curve” in this lifetime should still be beaten into a blooded stump.
If you ever spewed that nonsense, look in a mirror and admit to yourself that you’re a fricking idiot and get down on your knees and thank God you can actually recognize your face because it should look like meatloaf.

What portion?

The insistence of any major Trump attribution is the equivalent of dealing Bob Hamman several sub-6pt bridge hands, then saying he played poorly when he fails to land a contract. Considering the hand he was dealt, Trump's performance during the winter/spring of 2020 was about as good as it could have been.

This is beyond contest and 100% accurate. I will not dispute it. My only thing is that Trump did encourage getting the "vax" and still boasts about it trying to lure in voters from the "other side". He could just leave Covid in the rearview unless it's revisited in discourse, but he continues to claim it as a victory. People who are already certain that they won't vote for Trump, aren't crossing the aisle. People who are "uncertain" even with the overwhelming evidence that Trump was the superior leader, won't be crossing the aisle either.

Plus, we know that the media will frame everything in such a way to make Trump appear as the great Satan, as always. The mass formation psychosis, gaslighting and TDS are so rampant among Americans that Trump could be on video telling Fauci to shut up because Fauci was telling people to eat their kids, and the very next day the media would have people convinced that Trump was taking a flamethrower to a daycare center and Fauci heroically intervened and restrained the evil Orange.

As a part of Trump's base, he makes me cringe at times - but never more than when he continues to bring up Project Warp Speed. It was certainly an accomplishment, yes, but the newest and latest data and findings is showing without doubt that the "vax" didn't really save lives and is now taking lives. Trump should distance himself from it altogether. I'd be bragging about how secure the border used to be and how we avoided new conflicts and proxy wars. No one from his existing base wants to hear him bragging about the "vax" or Covid at all. Everyone else except for the fringe minority Masked Covidian Cultist brigade that still can't let it go, are just done with the subject. We all know the whole thing was a fricking train wreck and brought out the absolute worst in humanity.

We can remember it and hold onto that anger, without having to perpetually relive it.
