The circled one severed due to corrosion, but I wan to change all 5 of the connector wires out.

Is the post on the top left battery broken?
Looks like it is, but I can’t tell.

I’ve replaced those wires before, used 6ga marine wire & galvanized wire terminals, solder terminals to wire, shrink-wrap to terminals…

Bring one of those to nulight on broad and tell them how much of each you need. Quicker would be Home Depot if that is no bigger than #6 wire. Simple cut and crimp.

Is there any kinds of kits online that come with those already made?

Crimping is the proper method of attaching terminals in this situation.
Quality crimp tools this size kind of pricey, but a good pair will last a lifetime.

You can get what you need on Amazon. Upgrade to 2 gauge and replace the battery cables plus the cables to the motor for like $120. Or just get the ones for the batteries

Why should you oversize your wire, especially on such a short run?
$120 sounds pricey, he can get custom marine wires made for less.

As you can tell I’m completely ignorant of this and have an electrician buddy I’ll get to come change them.
But any idea what I would chose for this option ?

If in Baton Rouge, the Club car golf cart store on Millerville sells them. If I remember correctly, $2-$3 per cable.
I’d think any golf cart store in your area would have them.

A few sellers on eBay will make them also.

I use 4 gauge cables. May be overkill, but better too big than too small. Something like this from Amazon: Amazon
Also, once you change them, spray them with corrosion prevention spray and you’ll never deal with that issue again. Something like this: Battery corrosion preventer

take the bad cable to most auto parts stores. If not on the shelf ready, they will custom cut and crimp

I buy my replacement cables at Bearing Service & Supply. My local NAPA also carries them. If you take one off at a time and replace you can’t mess it up. Very easy and will take five minutes..
