This is becoming harder to do. Property crime is just everywhere. And cases like this are pretty much never solved.

Fencing, gates, cameras help but they don’t prevent anything.

Brings back Katrina flashbacks. Every time my generator would run out of gas, I'd come running out with a .357 expecting to find someone trying to liberate my Honda. Luckily, it was always just an empty tank that caused the generator to stop and not some "at risk" youths.
