Larson could move to first and leave us the best of Brown, Frey, Pearson, and Kling in the outfield.

Eddie was on the radio broadcast during the delay and it was great listening to him talk about hitting. He has clearly stayed in the game in the had some great insight.

He dad was a doubles machine! What game did lsu play a double header and Eddy had to get an IV? I remember hearing about it in the stands but can’t remember when.

It’s 8 homers and 29 RBI. That would put him 4th on this team in both categories. Yes we need players like Will Furniss.

I hear ya but we should want better than that out of our 1st baseman. The lineup will need to be stronger in 2025

Does he know that his foot opposite the side of his gloved hand should be in contact with the bag while fielding all throws except from the catcher if and only if the throw is parallel to the base line?

Memorial Day, 1997
LSU had lost to South Alabama in the marble game of the 6 team regional. LSU beat Long Beach State in the semifinal elimination game in an epic extra inning affair (Eddy tied the game in the 8th with a home run).
LSU proceeded to kick the crap out of South Alabama in two straight games in the heat of the day on Memorial Day to punch their ticket to Omaha.
