Looking to have a 30x50 shop with a 20x25 lean to enclosed. We have mallet buildings in the area but I have heard some bad things. Any good reliable businesses that won't charge me to the moon. I am aware materials are high so I may wait it out but it would be really convenient to have now.

Recently had a 42x30 Star galvanized building put up. 14' side walls with 2 10x10 doors and 1 12x12 door. I used metal carport depot out of Hammond and the price on there model builder on the website is pretty much what you pay. My building was 27k after installation. Already had the slab in place from before Ida. Mallet for the same exact building quoted me 63k. Hope this helps.

Reach out to SLPS (SW Post Frames). Brent Dugas at 337-515-3567. He is out of Lake Charles.

Also Austin Theriot at 337-309-5811. Don't remember the name of his company but he is out of Lake Charles as well.

Both will provide free quotes so sure doesn't hurt!

What kind of building? Red iron? Fabricated square tubing? Square tubing kits? Insulated?

Most places will come out and give you a quote.

I just recently shopped around for a very similar sized building in LP. 30x50 with a 15x30 gable extension (open), insulated with 2 12x10 rollups. Including slab, it was around $55k. Kit buildings were a little cheaper, but not by much. Was around $49-51k. Mallet (wood framed) was around $48k. Mueller kit was $60k if I paid someone separate to erect.

Can’t help too much with specific to LC area.
