3lb turkey breast

Normally smoke this but want to try a version in the oven. Inject and bake with the outside smothers with some good spices? What you got?

I’d inject
If you’re going to add herbs, I’d put them under the skin so they do t burn
Use a leave in temp probe and monitor temperature. As long as you don’t overcook, it will be good.

Did this for thanksgiving and it was wonderful. There’s a video on YouTube by Meat Church that i followed but basically injected with creole butter, smoked at 225 until desired IT, wrap in foil with butter and let it rest 15-20 mins. Serve and prepare to be wowed
