Browning cynergy 3.5" in shadowgrass blades camo. Use it as my primary shotgun for everything. Have killed ducks, geese, deer, rabbits, and squirrels. Gun has literally never missed a lick and can shoot rusty shells that my buddies with semis would just throw away. I do miss the 3rd shot sometimes for cripples though.

What kind do you own, and do you hunt with it?

Kinda different (but the same) is something I have. Savage 24 with a 20/22wmr…my old man got it from a fella that also had a few combo’s (thinking centefires). I “borrowed” it from him several years back and it needs a little tender love on barrel cosmetics. Looks like the previous owner laid it on one side and never moved it. I’m going to work the barrel gently to avoid a total reblue. It is fun to use around the farm, and the combo is actually more useful than I thought it would be.

Just a heads up for those who might be able to find them now, old single shot crack barrels that used to be a dime a dozen are getting hard to find. If you see one at a decent price, snatch it up.

I was gifted a Citori 20ga Superlight Feather as an infant by a now long deceased family member. 40 years later the thing still beats my cheekbone to death more than any other firearm I’ve ever shot. Is this because of poor fit? How can I fix it? I’m not much of a shotgunner but am dove hunting more now. I’d love to use it more.

O/Us have some kick...you might be holding slightly high though. Browning made or may still be making a 3.5" O/U...I can't imagine running stovepipes in a O/U....

Beretta SO and several Beretta 687’s. My father got me started with them in the 70’s (BL-2, 3’s). I am very fond of any over and under. For the life of me, I just cannot shoot a side by side. Something about the sight picture does not work for me. Lol!

Have a nice lil TriStar Setter 20g, dont shoot it that great though. Short/light swing has me behind targets, not swinging through. Still fun to shoot if you can get over the misses.

I know some public land pig hunters that covet those savage rimfire/shotgun O/U’s.

I have a 12 gauge SKB Model 500. Shot it very well for me. Best was 17 doves in 26 shots(15 bird limit and a bonus Eurasian and a pigeon). Used it around 5 hunts. Sadly can no longer hunt with it. Had brain tumor that severely weakened my left side. Had to drop down to light 20 gauges.

20 ga Browning Citori Feather Lightning

Dove hunt with it.

I’ve actually debated selling/trading it because how little I use it. I bought it on a whim about 15 years ago

Beretta Silver Pigeon

Primary use is skeet/trap/sporting clays but have used it on a few quail hunts.
